On appro
For ladies who cannot make it to our Paddington, Brisbane or Balmain Sydney boutiques, Living Silk offers an ‘On appro’ service.
It is a very simple process. The customer initially pays for postage of the garments and is then able to try them on in the comfort of their own home.
Once the customer is happy with the garments, payment is then made in full. Otherwise, the customer just returns the garments to Living Silk, and the only outlay has been postage.
We hope you understand that unfortunately, Living Silk cannot send garments ’on appro’ overseas. However, other options are available for overseas customers.
